Welcome to Presto. By accessing or using Presto, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Presto, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Use Presto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Using the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
• Engaging in any conduct that is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to Presto or its users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App, or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

1. Account Information

You must create an account to use Presto. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

To use Presto, all users must subscribe to a paid plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select. Payments will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly) as specified at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Presto, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Presto and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of Presto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Presto.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of Presto after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
